Exchange/Replacement Policy

  • Products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase in case of any damage; used products may not be replaced.
  • The original receipt must be attached.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • If the product received is as ordered, the customer will bear the delivery charges for returns.
  • Purchases made online can only be exchanged or replaced online.
  • Products must be evaluated by our Quality Assurance (QA) team before an exchange is approved.
  • The time period for processing an exchange request is typically 5 – 7 business days.
  • In case of stock outages, customers may need to wait for restocking. Alternatively, we may offer online credit.
  • We reserve the right to reject exchange or return requests based on product conditions.

Claims

Our commitment extends to ensuring your rights are respected regarding claims under the following conditions:

  • Claims for exchange/replacement for products bought on our website cannot be processed at any physical stores carrying SerenSKIN products.
  • Claims must be initiated within three days after the product has been received by the customer.
  • Products purchased from retail stores must be returned to the respective stores and cannot be processed through our online store.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to SerenSKIN for evaluation.
  • No claims will be accepted for products previously replaced or exchanged.
  • Products damaged by consumer mishandling will not be eligible for exchange or replacement.
  • Returns without a receipt or outside the specified timeframe will not be eligible for processing.
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are not eligible for exchange or replacement unless received damaged.

Online Credit

  • Online credit may be issued under the following conditions:
    • In cases of legitimate claims.
    • If the required product for an exchange is out of stock.
    • If the customer has paid online but has not received the parcel.
    • If the customer refuses to accept the product upon delivery and requests a refund of the paid amount.
